Approach

Research:  Awareness about cloud based services already existed we need to buzz Knowlarity Communications excellence in the particular field. We wanted to put them in the right place, at the right moment, when customers are receptive to their messages. As to where we could intersect their target customers as customers go about their daily routine. Our solution involved getting best economies of scale for the client.

Media planning and Media buying

Radio ad duration: A 45 Sec Ad was run for 7 times per day for 7days.

Knowlarity communication’s Buzz did not have to be expensive, but it does need to stand out. So, we planned a short campaign of 7 days with long ad duration of 45 sec , where all relevant information could be delivered to the audience.

-Radio ad types: Voice-Over was aired during the show- Good Morning Delhi  hosted by RJ Chris and Delhi Drive by Melbin. These  shows  featured  latest city updates and news, inducing a great proportion of working class to tune in .

-Ad placements: Target audience being students we featured the ads from 8 am  to 11 am  and from  6pm  to 9 pm  as this time frame had the requisite working class listenership base.

 Creative Commercial

  • Voice over were designed to emphasize the brand name and with main focus on cloud based services, a great support to business enhancement. It was an informative ad.
